GBS Company PoliciesPrivacyAny and all information that you submit to the our Web site is kept strictly confidential. It is not given, sold, or in any other way released to any outside company. It is used to process orders and, occasionally, as a reference for correspondence, e-mailings, or newsletters. WarrantiesGuaranteed Limited Warranty: All photoreceptors, toners, developers, cartridges, imaging units and parts (including lamps, rollers and blades) are manufactured under stringent quality control standards, assuring performance that meets or exceeds the performance of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). GBS warrants each OEM and branded photoreceptor, toner, remanufactured cartridge and part to be free from manufacturing related defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If, at any time, OEM or branded, including ACM branded, supplies and parts fail to perform as just described, GBS will replace the item or issue a credit for the full purchase price with the exception of OEM photoreceptors, toners, developers, cartridges, imaging units or parts marked [AC Item] in their description. For products marked [AC Item], GBS cannot intercede for you with the manufacturer to obtain a replacement, so all sales are final. However, there is a 90-day parts warranty on this OEM equipment from the original manufacturer that you may exercise directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer's warranty does not cover the cost of labor, shipping, incidental damage, equipment exchange, or returns. Limitations and LiabilityBuyer agrees that GBS will not be held liable for consequential damage to systems or components internal or external. Buyer accepts full responsibility for use of said product. Shortages or DamagesGBS will pack all product orders in compliance with standard industry packaging procedures. We do not assume responsibility for products lost or damaged while in transit to our customers. All shortages or damages from UPS, FedEx, or other freight carriers must be noted on the Bill of Lading, and reported to GBS. within 48 hours of receipt. Shortages and freight damages must be filed at the receiving site with the freight carrier. If you receive product that has been damaged in transit, or tampered with, PLEASE REFUSE DELIVERY. If you notice a shortage or damage after the carrier has left your premises, you must file a claim with the carrier according to their policies. For advice on making carrier claims, please contact GBS. Claims for loss and damage may not be deducted from an GBS invoice. We are willing to assist our customers in collecting against claims for loss or damage, but this willingness does not make GBS responsible for collection of the claims, or replacement of the products. Jurisdiction and VenueThe Buyer agrees that GBS retains the right of Jurisdiction and Venue in the State of Colorado. The Buyer further agrees that any litigation arising from (or) out of any transaction with GBS. shall be heard in the appropriate State or Federal Court of Mesa County, Colorado USA, or closest venue there from. Special OrdersSpecial Orders cannot be cancelled. Products specially ordered are brought in outside of our regular products, incur costs that are unrecoverable and do not fit into our current inventory. We do not foresee specially ordered products being ordered by any other customer than the one for which it has been specially ordered. ShippingDomestic orders Shipping is $8 on orders up to $99, and an additional $2 at every $100 increment. For instance, an order of $150 will be charged $10 shipping; a $250 order would be charged $12 shipping, and so on. International orders We are happy to accept international orders, however they are more costly, require shipping papers, and arrangements for clearing both U.S. and international customs. These costs are not incorporated into our prices, and must therefore be passed on to the customer. Specifically, we will pay all domestic shipping. For instance, you may have us ship to someone in the US who is already shipping other goods to you. But we must pass the cost of international shipping from GBS to you. We will, of course, consult you about shipping costs before we ever ship you anything. The best way to have something shipped to a country outside the US is to make arrangements with a freight forwarder, such as Phoenix International and Concordia International, and then notify us of your selection. We will notify them where to pick up the product. To estimate the cost of shipping, please use the cost-estimating tools at UPS or FedEx. When asked for a zip code from the merchandise will be shipped, enter 81501. For other information such as shipping weights and dimensions, please e-mail us a request. PricingWhile we do our best to keep prices and and other information current on all of our products and services, prices are subject to change. If we receive an order from you for merchandise that has increased in price, then we will notify you and give you an opportunity to cancel the order if you so choose. We offer low priced items as surplus in limited quantities that we purchase from other stores and as compatibles to OEM products. So while we usually have any given item in our standard inventory at full price, it may become unavailable at lower prices. So plan ahead! If you see a low priced item you need or will need, go ahead and place an order for it now. If we have it, you'll have secured the item at an excellent price; and if we've run our of stock on the item, your order will give us time to replenish the item without being an inconvenience to you. You will not pay for your products ahead of time, because we do not charge your credit card until we ship the item. ReturnsYou need a GBS return authorization number to return any product purchased from GBS. All returns are subject to a
And all expenses that you paid for your order initially (e.g. small order
fee, extra shipping charges, ie. to Alaska) are not refundable. These charges
also apply to undeliverable orders. This can be expensive, so make sure you
record your shipping information correctly! SubstitutionsIn order to best serve our customers, we will substitute equal or better quality products from the same or other manufacturers in expediting shipments of orders to customers.
